Overview

GSBB is a family holding company and has been investing its own capital in company investments for 18 years

We act independently of the industry and bring in technology and industry experts depending on the transaction and situation.

We have no specifications and regulations from third-party investors and can act very flexibly in terms of structures and holding periods.

We have managed medium-sized companies ourselves for years and can – if desired or required – get involved operationally.

Our Investment Focus

Smaller Medium-sized Companies

We invest in smaller medium-sized companies with an EBIT between EUR 0.75 million and EUR 3,0 million with growth potential, as well as in promising start-up projects.

Partnership

We are looking for management teams, corporate spin-offs or succession situations that would like to grow with us in partnership.

Majority Participation

We prefer majority participation, but are not committed to this. We would like a reinvestment / vendor loan from the previous owner or a participation from the management.

German-speaking Region

Our focus is the German-speaking region.

Sustainable and Profitable

We tend to focus on sustainable and already profitable companies.

Long Term

We only invest in business models to which we can make a positive value contribution and rely on market developments that are successful in the long term.

  • Before that 10 years at Lehman Brothers, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and KPMG in the area of ​​M&A and leveraged finance in Frankfurt and London.
  • Georg studied Economy and Management at the University of Cologne, lives in Cologne, is a passionate family man for his 4 children, likes to travel and is an enthusiastic sportsman (hockey, skiing, tennis, jogging, golf)
